Clinic hours and emergencies
Open Saturday to Thursday, closed Friday. Emergencies during opening hours go in ahead of booked slots, and outside hours a direct line reaches the vet on call, who tells you honestly whether the case can wait until morning.
Vaccination programme
A booklet per animal with the dates written in, and a call from the clinic before each one. Cat quadrivalent and rabies, the full puppy course, and a deworming dose at every visit.
Surgery
In-house theatre with gas anaesthesia and pulse and oxygen monitoring. Neutering and spaying priced by weight, wound repair and day surgery, with pre-anaesthetic bloods before anything goes under.
Dentistry
Ultrasonic scaling under general anaesthesia, extraction of loose teeth, and a straight answer on bad breath. The mouth is photographed before and after and you leave with a home plan.
Travel documentation
Microchip, a recorded rabies shot and the health certificate through a Ministry of Agriculture approved vet. The certificate takes two to three working days, the rabies dose has to come after the chip and at least 30 days before departure, and any government fee is paid at cost. Airline and destination rules are checked before the file is opened.
Grooming
Bath and clip for cats and dogs by size, with nail trim and ear clean. Grooming runs in a room away from the consult side, and nervous animals get the first slot of the day when the place is quiet.
