• The enquiry form. Your name, email address, telephone number and message. Where you use the quotation fields, the grade, quantity, destination port and incoterm you select are added to that message before it is sent.
• Nothing else is asked for. There is no account, no login and no payment on this site.

Why it is collected

To answer your enquiry and to quote against it. That is the only purpose.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered to the desk by email and are held in the platform that serves this page. They are not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while a commercial conversation is live and for as long as trading records need to be retained afterwards. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner.

Cookies

This page sets a session cookie so the site remembers which language you chose, and a visitor identifier used to count visits. There is no advertising cookie and no cross-site tracking on this page. See the cookie policy.
