Pre KG to Grade 6, Khalda, Amman
A day school in Khalda for children from three and a half years old to Grade 6, on the Ministry of Education curriculum with an intensive English programme. Classes hold 20 to 24 pupils and 14 buses cover west Amman. A parent saves the school card into the phone wallet once at the start of September and keeps it until June. The office writes one message when the school closes for snow or when bus 4 is running twenty minutes late, and it reaches the lock screen of every parent who saved the card. No app to install and no WhatsApp group to mute. Tuition is billed by term, and each term can be split into two payments, so four across the academic year in line with Ministry rules. A second child gets 10% off and a third gets 15%.

Admissions
A tour with the section head, then a forty minute settling session for the child on a Saturday morning. We answer an application within three working days. Tuition is billed by term and each term can be split into two payments, so four across the year in line with Ministry rules.
School transport
Fourteen buses across four zones, from Khalda and Umm Uthaina out to Marj Al Hamam. Every bus carries a driver and a supervisor. When a bus is running more than fifteen minutes late the office sends one message with the bus number in it, and it shows on the lock screen of every parent who saved the school card.
Counselling
A full time counsellor, individual sessions for every new pupil in the first month, and a meeting with the parent whenever behaviour or marks shift. Nothing goes in the file without the parent reading it first.
Clubs
Robotics, swimming, football, art and pottery, and a Quran and calligraphy circle. Clubs run from 2:15 to 3:30 after the school day and are booked by the term rather than by the year, so a child can try one and stop.
Health room
A licensed nurse from 7:15 to 3:00, a health record for every pupil with allergies and vaccination dates, and a call to the parent before any medicine is given.
School card and announcements
The school card is saved to the phone wallet once and carries the pupil name, class, bus number and the parent's number. It does not hold appointments and it does not take payments. Its job is the announcement: one message from the office lands on the lock screen of every parent who saved it. The card page also holds the lunch order and the school forms.
