Published studies and guideline summaries for each product, sent as PDF to your email or brought printed to the clinic when you want to read them on paper.
CME and conference invitations
Invitations to local lectures and medical conferences in Amman, some of them carrying accredited hours. I add your name to the list before the seats fill.
Pharmacy order placement
I take the pharmacy order and send it to the warehouse the same day, then follow the delivery, the invoice and any return until it closes.
Stock and alternatives follow up
When an item goes out of the market I tell you when the next batch lands and which alternative carries the same active ingredient at the same strength.

The 24 tablet pack for the season between November and March, the size pharmacies reorder every week. I point out the paracetamol content for any patient already taking another antipyretic.

He came at the exact time we agreed and did not stay longer than twenty minutes. I asked for the dosing sheet for under two years and it was in my email that same afternoon.
Last week's order reached the pharmacy in two days and the return went through without an argument. He also warns me before anything on my shelf gets close to expiry.
Accurate on the line and the studies are ready when I ask for them. The one note is that the samples arrived a week later than the date he gave me.
