We import hospital and clinic equipment into Jordan and stay responsible for it after the invoice is paid. Our engineers install the unit, calibrate it, train the staff who will run it, and keep the spare parts in our Amman store so a repair does not wait on a shipment from Europe. We supply private hospitals, day surgery units, polyclinics and university labs, and we prepare the technical files for Ministry of Health and Joint Procurement Department tenders. Jordan Food and Drug Administration registration is completed before the shipment reaches customs. Areas of practice
Supply to hospitals and clinics
Equipment lines for operating rooms, intensive care, inpatient wards and outpatient clinics, delivered from stock in Amman or brought in on order. Each unit arrives with its Jordan Food and Drug Administration registration file, certificate of origin and a one year warranty.
Installation and calibration
Our biomedical engineers install the unit on site, run electrical safety testing to IEC 62353 and calibrate it against traceable references. You receive a signed calibration certificate with the test readings for your quality file.
Maintenance contracts
Annual contracts with scheduled preventive visits and a breakdown response inside 24 hours in Amman and 48 hours in the governorates. A loan unit covers the department while a device sits in our workshop.
Spare parts and consumables
SpO2 probes, blood pressure cuffs, ECG cables, sensors, filters, batteries and boards held in the Amman store for the lines we supply. A part that is on the shelf ships the same working day.
Operator training
Practical sessions for nurses, technicians and the biomedical department, held inside your department on the unit we installed. We cover daily operation, the checks a user can do, cleaning and the steps to take before calling for service.
Tender and procurement support
Technical specifications, compliance sheets, catalogues and sample submissions for Ministry of Health, Royal Medical Services and Joint Procurement Department tenders, and for private hospital purchase committees. We build the file in the format the committee asks for.

Multi parameter patient monitor, 15 inch
ECG, SpO2, blood pressure, respiration and two temperature channels on a 15 inch touch screen, with a 4 hour internal battery and a port for the central station. Supplied with cuff, probe and cable set, installed and calibrated on site.
Vital signs spot check monitor
Blood pressure, SpO2 and temperature on a rolling stand, for triage desks and outpatient clinics. Trolley, cuff and probe included.
Three function electric hospital bed
Backrest, knee and height on electric actuators, ABS side rails, IV pole and a mattress. Priced per bed and assembled in the ward.
Ceiling mounted LED surgical light, dual dome
Two domes, 160,000 lux at one metre, colour temperature adjustable from the sterile handle. Ceiling anchor, arm and installation are included in the price.
Colour doppler ultrasound system, trolley
Convex, linear and phased array probes, 21 inch monitor, abdominal, vascular, obstetric and cardiac presets. Two days of training for the department are part of the delivery.
Class B steam sterilizer, 23 litre
Bench top autoclave with fractionated vacuum, printer and USB cycle log, for dental and minor surgery clinics. Water treatment kit included.
Defibrillator with monitor and AED mode
Manual and AED modes, biphasic output up to 200 joules, ECG display, pacing option, paddles and pads. Supplied to emergency rooms, ambulances and cath labs.
Omron M2 Basic blood pressure monitor, clinic pack of 10
Upper arm automatic monitor for clinic rooms and home care programmes. Ten units per carton with cuffs and adapters.

We bought four patient monitors for the day surgery unit. The engineer came the same week, installed them and handed over the calibration certificates before he left the building. That does not happen with most suppliers here.
I called on a Sunday morning about a failed SpO2 board. The replacement was on my bench Monday at nine. Keeping the parts in Amman is what makes the difference.
The technical file for the tender was clean and the compliance sheet was filled correctly. Delivery of the sterilizers ran two weeks late at customs, and they called us with the shipment position every few days until it cleared.
