Al Rabia Medical Laboratories and Imaging
A medical laboratory and imaging centre in Al Rabia, open from 7:00 in the morning so fasting samples are drawn early. Our price list follows the Ministry of Health tariff and is posted at reception: CBC at 10 JOD, full lipid profile at 21 JOD, fasting glucose at 3 JOD. Blood counts run on Sysmex analysers and biochemistry on Roche Cobas. The ultrasound room and the digital radiography unit are on the same floor, so a patient who needs blood work and a chest image finishes both tests in one visit. Results are sent as a PDF by email, and a printed copy waits at reception.

Home sample collection
A technician comes to your home anywhere in Amman between 7:00 and 11:00, which covers fasting tests. Send the request from the booking form on this card, or open the ready WhatsApp message and send us the details yourself, then we call you back to fix the time. The home visit fee depends on your district. We tell you the exact figure on the phone before the technician leaves, and you pay him at the door.
Results by email
Every result leaves as a signed PDF to the email you give us at reception, with the reference range beside each value. Routine blood work is out the same day. Cultures take 48 to 72 hours because the sample has to grow. A printed copy stays at reception for two weeks if you want to collect it.
Same-day urgent panels
CBC, kidney function, liver function, PTT and D-dimer are reported the same day for any sample received before 15:00. A doctor who needs the number faster calls the lab line and we read it out as soon as the analyser releases it, then the PDF follows.
Corporate and pre-employment screening
We take groups of employees on one appointment, or our team goes to the company site when the number is ten or more. The usual pre-employment package is CBC, fasting glucose, liver function and a chest image. You get a written quote with the items listed before we start, and the invoice comes out matching it.
Ultrasound and digital radiography
Abdominal, thyroid, neck and vascular scans on a Mindray ultrasound unit, read by the radiologist on duty. Chest, bone and joint images on a digital radiography unit, ready within minutes with no film developing. The written report is handed over with the images and also goes to your email.
Follow-up packages for chronic conditions
Repeat panels for diabetes, thyroid and lipids at the same posted prices, booked ahead so you keep the same morning slot each time. Bring your last report with you and we print the previous value beside the new one, so your doctor reads the change on one page.

CBC, complete blood count
Red cells, white cells, platelets and haemoglobin on a Sysmex analyser. The draw takes two minutes at the station and the result is emailed the same day. No fasting needed.
Full lipid profile
Total cholesterol, LDL, HDL and triglycerides. Come fasting for 10 to 12 hours, which is why we open at 7:00. Run on Roche Cobas.
HbA1c, three-month sugar
The average blood sugar over the last three months, the test your doctor uses to judge diabetes control. No fasting. Add a fasting glucose reading for 3 JOD on the same visit if your doctor asked for both tests.
Thyroid function, TFT
TSH, T3 and T4 in one panel. Samples received before 15:00 are reported the same day, which is why clinics send thyroid cases here in the morning.
Liver and kidney function together
Liver function (ALT, AST, bilirubin, albumin) and kidney function (urea, creatinine, uric acid, electrolytes) from one blood draw. Requested most often before starting long-term medication.
Vitamin and anaemia package
Four tests on one sample: CBC, vitamin B12, ferritin and vitamin D. The package people ask for when they feel tired all the time and their hair is falling out.
Chest X-ray, digital
One PA chest image on the digital unit, ready in minutes, with a written report from the radiologist. Accepted for pre-employment and residency files.
Abdominal ultrasound
Liver, gallbladder, kidneys, pancreas and spleen on a Mindray unit, done by the radiologist. Come fasting 6 hours so the gallbladder is readable. Takes about 20 minutes.
