1. Service Initialization & Finality

ScaanMe provides high-performance digital networking modules that are deployed instantaneously upon transaction verification. services are considered fully rendered once the account is initialized.

2. Trial & Subscription Protocol

ScaanMe provides aTrial Planfunctionality to allow professionals to evaluate the infrastructure's speed and interface before committing to a premium tier.

Non-Refundable:Charges processed following the expiration of a trial period or upon a manual plan upgrade are non-refundable

Performance Audits:Refund requests based on technical performance will only be analyzed if our internal logs confirm a service disruption exceeding our99.9% availabilitystandard, verified against our1.5ms response timebenchmark.

3. Regulatory 14-Day Withdrawal Window

In accordance with the2026 Jordanian Digital Consumer Protectionframework, users are granted a 14-day window to request a reversal of their initial subscription.

4. Personalized NFC Hardware

Physical NFC hardware ordered through the ScaanMe frontend is custom-engineered for your specific 12-character activation protocol.

Manufacturing:Once a card enters the \"Printing Process,\" it is classified as a personalized professional asset

Returns:Refunds are restricted to verified hardware defects.Once a card is linked to a digital vCard or Store, the hardware is non-returnable.

5. Cancellation & Command Center Control

Users maintain total authority over their subscription status through theCentralized Command Center.

Access:Upon cancellation, you will retain access to elite features until the conclusion of the active billing cycle

Finality:No pro-rated or partial refunds are issued for unused time within a cycle.

6. Dispute Resolution & Integrity

Users must resolve billing discrepancies through the ScaanMe support protocol before initiating third-party reversals. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a breach of theTerms of Engagementand will result in the immediate revocation of your digital identity and all associated metadata.
