1. Scope of Service

Scaanme provides an integrated business enablement platform that includes:

  • * Digital vCards:Dynamic professional identities with PWA support.

  • •Digital Business Catalogs:A lightweight interface for professional service display and order management via WhatsApp.

  • * Event Mode:Lead capture tools for exhibitions and trade shows.

  • •Professional Analytics:Insights and data management for digital profile performance.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

* Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

* Plan Limits: Subscription features, including storage and vCard counts, are governed by your selected plan (e.g., Lite, Pro, Advance).
* Verification: We reserve the right to enforce email verification to maintain platform integrity.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

* Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and billing-related returns.
* Pricing: All subscription fees for our SaaS plans are clearly listed on our pricing page. Taxes (VAT/Sales Tax) are calculated at checkout by Paddle based on your jurisdiction.
* Order Fulfillment: For the Digital Catalogs, users are solely responsible for fulfilling any inquiries or orders received via the WhatsApp messaging system. Scaanme is a software provider and is not a party to transactions between users and their clients.

 4. Intellectual Property & User Content

* Ownership: You retain ownership of all branding, logos, and content uploaded to your vCard.
* Platform License: By using Scaanme, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content to provide the service.
* Prohibited Content: Users may not upload content that violates international laws or infringes on third-party intellectual property.

5. Service Continuity and Maintenance

* Uptime: We aim for a 99.9% uptime target.

* Updates: We reserve the right to update features or perform maintenance that may cause temporary disruptions.
* Limitation of Liability: Scaanme is not liable for indirect damages resulting from platform downtime or the loss of user-generated leads.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate, primarily theHashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
