By accessing or using Scaanme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your use of our digital business card platform, WhatsApp Store services, and professional networking software.
1. Service Description
Scaanme provides a platform for creating digital vCards, WhatsApp stores, digital business catalogs, booking systems, and NFC smart cards. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with prior notice.
2. Accounts & Billing
Free plans are available without credit card. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees, and you retain full access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. New subscriptions are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
3. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, handling payment processing, billing inquiries, tax calculation, and refund processing in accordance with global standards.
4. Payment Display Clarification
Scaanme does not provide a payment processing gateway for transactions between you and your customers. Instead, we give you complete freedom to display your own payment links, QR codes, wallet details, or bank information directly on your vCard. You keep full control over your money flow with no middleman fees from us.
5. Order Fulfillment
For WhatsApp Store inquiries, users are solely responsible for fulfilling any orders received via the WhatsApp messaging system. Scaanme is a software provider and is not a party to transactions between users and their clients.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Scaanme for any illegal activity, spam, intellectual property infringement, or unauthorized access attempts to our systems.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Scaanme.com is owned and operated by Bader Hussein Omar E-Commerce Establishment, a registered entity in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
