Return / Refund Policy (EN) — Al Nadaa Supermarket

1) Perishable Items (Fresh, Chilled, Frozen, Bakery)

  • Report issues within 24 hours of delivery (quality, damage, temperature breach).

  • Provide photos/video and order number via [support@alnadaa.example.com] or WhatsApp.

  • Eligible remedies: replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

2) Non-Perishable Items (Pantry, Household, Personal Care)

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery if unopened and in original packaging with receipt.

  • Exclusions: opened or used goods, hygiene products, personal care items, made-to-order trays.

3) Return Process

Contact support → receive RMA instructions → return to our hub or arrange pickup (fees may apply). Refunds issued to original method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

4) Temperature-Sensitive Goods

Chilled/frozen goods are non-returnable unless defective on arrival (DOA) or delivered outside safe temperature range.
