Terms & Conditions (EN) — Al Nadaa Supermarket

1) Agreement

By using our shop, you agree to these Terms. If ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized.

2) Products & Availability

Fresh, chilled, frozen, and pantry goods. Photos are illustrative; minor variations in brand/size/origin may occur. We may limit quantities.

3) Prices & Payment

• Prices in KWD unless stated otherwise; inclusive/exclusive of VAT as applicable.

• We accept card payments and/or Cash on Delivery (COD) (when available).

• Promotions/coupons are time-limited and subject to stock.

4) Orders, Substitutions & Cancellations

• If an item is out of stock, you authorize equivalent substitutions unless you opt out at checkout.

• You may cancel before the order is picked. Once picking starts, cancellation may not be possible.

5) Delivery

Delivery windows and fees are shown at checkout. We aim for same-day or next-day delivery. See Shipping Policy.

6) Returns & Refunds

Perishables have special rules (see Return/Refund Policy). Non-perishables may be returned if unopened within the stated window.

7) Allergens & Food Safety

Please read labels on delivery. Contact us if you need specific allergen or ingredient information.

8) Acceptable Use

No fraudulent orders, abusive conduct, or misuse of coupons/promo systems.

9) Liability

Service provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 3 months for the affected order(s). We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

10) Governing Law

Laws of Kuwait apply; courts of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction.
