You open the design gallery, pick a design, and the design decides the kind of card you get. Designs badged Basic sections only show contact details and links; the rest support the full set of sections.

Choose a Design

Every business card starts with a design, not with a form. The gallery shows the whole catalogue as real pages on a laptop and a phone, and most designs open a live demo you can scroll before you commit to one.

Open the design gallery

From your dashboard press New Business Card, or open Business Cards and press Create new. Both land on the same page, Choose a design. There is no card type to pick first: the design you choose is what decides the kind of card you get.
Each tile is the same design rendered twice, once on a laptop and once on a phone, so you can see how it behaves on both before you pick. A tile showing one mockup instead of two is a design whose phone shot has not been taken yet, not a design that only works on one screen.
The chips in the filter bar carry live counts, so the number beside All types is how many designs the catalogue holds right now. It is over two hundred, split between business card designs and WhatsApp store designs.

Search every design

The search bar sits under the heading. Type a word and the catalogue narrows as you type, matching the design name and its keywords, so clinic, restaurant or dark all work. Press Ctrl + K (or Cmd + K on a Mac) to open the same search from anywhere on the page, / as a shortcut when nothing else is focused, and Esc to close it.
Move through the results with the up and down arrow keys and press Enter to jump to a design. A result carries a demo badge when that design has a live demo, so you can tell from the list alone which ones you can open before choosing.
Search still works with JavaScript turned off. The bar is a real form: type, press Enter, and the page reloads filtered on the server. Any filter chips you already had on are carried through rather than silently dropped.

Filter by type, look and industry

A sticky bar under the search holds the filters. The first row is Card type: All types, Business Card or WhatsApp Store. A business card design builds a card, a WhatsApp Store design builds a store, and this is where you separate the two.
Look narrows the grid to Light or Dark designs. With a live demo narrows it to the designs you can open and scroll before choosing.
The Industry row filters by the trade a design was styled for. All industries clears it. One entry in that row covers the designs with no industry styling at all, the colour sets you fill in yourself.
The filters combine. Business Card plus Dark plus With a live demo leaves you the dark card designs you can preview first, which is usually a short enough list to decide from in one sitting.

Open a live demo before you pick

A design that has one shows a Check live Demo button. It opens a real finished card in a new tab, filled with sample content, so you scroll it the way a visitor would instead of judging a design from a thumbnail.
The demo is somebody else's sample card, not a draft of yours. Opening it changes nothing in your account, and picking that design afterwards does not copy the demo's content: you start from your own details on an empty card.

Pick a design and continue

Press the tile itself to choose. A business card design opens the create form with that design already selected; a WhatsApp Store design opens the store form instead. That is the whole of what your choice decides at this point.
Some designs carry a Basic sections only badge. Those show contact details and links and nothing more: products, services, gallery, testimonials, payment links, pop-ups and business hours will not appear on the card. Pick one of those only when a contact page really is all you want.
The choice is not permanent. Your design is a starting point, and you can switch to a different one later from the card editor without losing what you have written. So if you are undecided, take the closest one and move on to Build your business card.
