A business card scanner turns a photographed paper card into a contact record, so the cards you collect at an exhibition or a site visit stop dying in a drawer. The useful ones do more than read text: they separate the person from the company, let you correct the fields before anything is saved, and avoid creating a second record for someone you already have. Scaanme's AI Contact Capture reads Arabic, English and bilingual cards, returns eight editable fields (name, company, job title, phone, email, website, social links, address), then saves the contact to your phone as a standard vCard and, on plans that include the CRM, adds it as a lead with the source recorded as Scan. One AI credit per card, charged only when the read succeeds, and the card photo is deleted as soon as the text has been extracted.
