Digital business card costs for 10 to 100 people

Scaanme's published card pricing starts with a free Lite account. Pro costs $7.99 per month and includes one card; an additional card costs $4 per month. On that specific configuration, 10 cards cost $43.99 per month and 30 cost $123.99. These are card calculations, not a quote for 10 or 30 independently licensed employee seats.
When requesting a quote, specify both the number of public cards and who will manage them. A company can ask for several public cards, several employee logins, or a managed organization with approval controls. Those requests can describe different account arrangements even when the headcount is identical.
A budget you can reproduce
The following examples use the monthly Pro base price and the published monthly extra-card price checked on September 18, 2026. Each example includes the first card in the base plan. Hardware, any separately agreed services and applicable checkout adjustments are outside the calculation.
| Number of public cards | Calculation | Monthly software amount |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $7.99 | $7.99 |
| 10 | $7.99 + 9 × $4 | $43.99 |
| 15 | $7.99 + 14 × $4 | $63.99 |
| 30 | $7.99 + 29 × $4 | $123.99 |
| 100 | $7.99 + 99 × $4 | $403.99 |
Use the live pricing calculator to check the configuration before purchase. A card allowance does not establish which employee administration features a particular organization will receive. Ask support to confirm that scope in writing rather than calling the calculated amount an enterprise quote.
Separate cards, people and stores
A public card is the page someone opens from a link, QR code or NFC card. An employee account is a person's access to manage work. A store is a product catalog and ordering destination. Count each separately on the request you send to a supplier.
For example, a property company might need a card for each representative and a separate office profile. It might have one person maintain every page, or allow representatives to submit changes for approval. Those operating choices should be settled before comparing per-user prices with per-card prices.
Scaanme's store plans are a separate line from its card-only plans. Starter begins at $9.99 per month with one card and one store; published extra-store pricing is $8 per month. Do not add stores to the budget just because an employee needs a profile containing links or contact details.
Keep hardware on its own line
Scaanme supplies the software and supports linking a compatible NFC card you already own. It does not sell the physical card. A blank card from a local supplier is useful only if it supports the required URL record and remains writable when you need to change that record.
Buy a sample first. Program a profile URL, test it on the phones your team encounters, and keep a QR fallback. A supplier's print price tells you little about whether a visitor will find the link easy to open. The NFC setup guide covers the software side.
Allow for replacement cards and printed QR materials without treating them as recurring software charges. Conversely, a one-time hardware purchase does not settle the ongoing cost of the service behind its URL.
Monthly and annual are different quotes
The public Pro base plan also lists $79.99 per year. That is an annual charge for the base plan. Do not multiply or discount the whole team illustration above and present it as a confirmed annual contract unless checkout or a written quote confirms the add-on terms too.
Ask what happens when you add a card halfway through the billing period, remove one, cancel renewal or change plans. Record the answer with the quote. A low headline price is hard to compare when one proposal includes onboarding and another expects your administrator to do every step.
Currency needs equal care. An amount displayed in a local currency, the currency charged at checkout and the currency printed on an invoice are separate facts. For BHD or QAR invoicing in particular, obtain confirmation rather than converting a dollar figure and calling it the supplier's local price.
Compare the same scope across vendors
Use the same headcount and administration requirements when checking HiHello's published pricing or Blinq's business plans. Record the date, billing period, included features and any sales-only terms. A public entry plan and a negotiated enterprise proposal are not equivalent evidence.
Compare the subscription fee with the staff time needed to maintain the cards. A solo consultant may be comfortable maintaining one free card. A company with frequent staff changes may place more value on administrative time and exit procedures than on the initial card price.
FAQ
Does $4 per extra card mean $4 per employee seat? No. The published add-on is a card price. Confirm employee access, organization controls and billing separately.
Can a team in Kuwait use locally purchased NFC cards? Compatible writable NFC cards can point to Scaanme profiles. Test a sample before ordering a full batch; the physical supplier and the software subscription are separate purchases.
Is Lite a free WhatsApp store? No. Lite is the free card plan. Store plans have their own pricing and limits, so check the store line when budgeting for a catalog.
Are the example totals binding quotations? No. They are arithmetic based on the published monthly configuration. The final configuration and charge must be confirmed at checkout or in a written proposal.
