Build Your vCard

Your vCard is your shareable digital identity. Pick a type, add your details and a logo, choose a theme, and save.

Create a business card

  1. Click + New Card (top-right) or Business Cards → Create new, then choose a Card Type: Business, Personal, Custom or AI Generator.

  2. Upload your logo and crop it, drag, zoom in/out, rotate or reset, then click Crop.

  3. Fill the form: Title, Personalized Link (your public URL slug), Sub Title and a rich-text Description. You can mix English and Arabic in any field, e.g. Aurora Studio | استوديو أورورا.

  4. Click Choose a theme and pick from 100+ searchable themes.

  5. With a theme selected, click Save. You will see “New Business Card Created Successfully!” and enter the section editor.

Cover type: photo, YouTube or Vimeo

  1. Above the cover image is a Cover type selector. Choose Photo (the default) to upload and crop a still image, or pick a video cover: YouTube Video, YouTube Video - Autoplay, Vimeo Video or Vimeo Video - Autoplay. For a video, you paste the link in the matching format (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=… or https://vimeo.com/…).

  2. The two Autoplay variants start the video on their own when the card opens. As a small note in the editor reminds you, *“Autoplay video will be muted due to browser policies”*, so an autoplay cover always plays silently. You can revisit and change the cover type any time later from the Basic Details section, see the vCard Sections guide.

Card language

  1. When the platform offers more than one language, the create form shows a Language selector. This sets the card's primary language, the language its labels and your default copy appear in.

  2. You are never locked to one language, though. Most fields have an Arabic twin (Title (AR), Sub Title (AR), Description (AR), and so on) that you fill from the editor, and turning on the language switcher lets visitors flip the public card between English and Arabic. Frequently asked questions

  • Which card type should I pick when I start? When you click + New Card or Business Cards → Create new, you choose a Card Type: Business, Personal, Custom or AI Generator. Pick the one that matches what you are building, then add your details, logo and theme.

  • How many themes can I choose from? After filling the form you click Choose a theme and pick from 100+ searchable themes. Once a theme is selected you click Save, see the message “New Business Card Created Successfully!” and enter the section editor.

  • Can I use a video as my cover instead of a photo? Yes. Above the cover image the Cover type selector defaults to Photo, but you can choose YouTube Video, YouTube Video - Autoplay, Vimeo Video or Vimeo Video - Autoplay and paste the matching link. Autoplay covers always play silently because autoplay video is muted due to browser policies, and you can change the cover type later from the Basic Details section.

  • Can my vCard be bilingual in English and Arabic? Yes. When the platform offers more than one language, the create form shows a Language selector that sets the card's primary language. You are not locked to it: most fields have an Arabic twin (Title (AR), Sub Title (AR), Description (AR) and so on), and turning on the language switcher lets visitors flip the public card between English and Arabic.
