Getting Started

Create your account

   Go to the Register page. Signing up is free, with no credit card required. The fastest path is Continue with Google, one tap signs you in with your Google account, no password to set and no email verification needed.

   Prefer email? Fill in your Full Name, Email address, a Password, and Confirm Password (minimum 6 characters, both must match).

   Optionally add your Mobile Number with country code (e.g. +201234567890) and a Referral Code if a friend invited you, then tick I agree to the Terms & Conditions.

   Click Create Account. Your account is created instantly and you can start building your first card.

Verify your email

   If you signed up with email, Scaanme sends a verification link to your inbox. Until you verify, your access is limited, the dashboard shows an Email Verification Required notice. (Google sign-ups are already verified and can skip this step.)

   Open the email from Scaanme and click the verification link. You are taken back to Login with a confirmation that your email is verified.

   Didn't get the email? Check your spam / junk folder first. Then use Verify Email Address / Resend Verification Email, enter your account email, and a fresh link is sent.

Sign in

   Open your Scaanme dashboard and click Login.

   Enter your email and password, then click Login. You land on the Dashboard.

   

Reset a forgotten password

   On the Login page, click Forgot password? to open the Password Reset page.

   Enter the email address of your account and click Send Password Reset Link. Scaanme emails you a secure reset link (it stays valid for a limited time).

   Open the email and click the link. On the reset page, type your New Password and Confirm Password, then click Reset Password.

   Now sign in with your new password and you are back in your dashboard.

  KPI tiles show Visitors, Leads, Interactions and Active vCards at a glance.

  The trend chart has a period switch, 7 days / 30 days / 90 days / All time, and updates smoothly without reloading. The sun/moon button toggles dark / light mode for the whole dashboard.

  The Your Plan card shows your plan, expiry and days remaining, with quick links to Manage plan, Media and Account.

  

Frequently asked questions

  Does it cost anything to sign up for Scaanme? No. Signing up is free and no credit card is required, and you can start building your first card as soon as your account is created.

  Do I need to verify my email if I sign up with Google? No. Google sign-ups are already verified and can skip the verification step. Only email sign-ups receive a verification link, and access stays limited until you verify.

  The verification email never arrived, what do I do? Check your spam or junk folder first. Then use Verify Email Address or Resend Verification Email, enter your account email, and a fresh link is sent.

  I forgot my password, how can I get back in? On the Login page click Forgot password?, enter your account email, and click Send Password Reset Link. Open the emailed link, set a new password, then sign in again to return to your dashboard.
