Online Store
Launch a full WhatsApp-powered store: customers browse, add to cart and order directly via WhatsApp.
Create your store
There are two ways in. Go to Stores → Create new, or start from the Choose a design page, where the WhatsApp Store filter narrows the catalogue to the 56 store designs and clicking one opens the store form with that design already applied.
Fill the form: language, banner + logo (both still required for a store, choose & crop), store name, personalized link, greeting, currency, country code, WhatsApp number and footer text. If you did not arrive from the design page, use Choose a theme here.
Click Save. You will see “New WhatsApp Store Created Successfully!” and the store editor opens with its own Sections menu.
Fill your store (Save on each)
Categories, click Create new, upload a category image and name it (e.g. *Canvas Prints, Frames, Albums*).
Products, Create new: choose a category, an optional badge (e.g. *Bestseller*), image, name, short + long description, regular & sales price, and stock status. _Tip: give the rich-text editor a second to load before saving._
SEO, set Meta Title (≤ 70 chars), Meta Description (≤ 160) and Meta Keywords (≤ 70). _Exceeding these limits silently cancels the save, so keep within them._
Policies, add Privacy, Terms, Return/Refund, Shipping, Cookie and support text. These appear as links in your store footer.
Settings & Advanced, choose order types (delivery / take-away / dine-in) and invoice prefix, and enable directory listing, PWA, language switcher and custom CSS/JS.
Your live store
Visit your store link. It shows the banner, categories, products with sale + original pricing and badges, an add-to-cart / WhatsApp-order button, and your policy links in the footer.
Is a store included in your plan?
A store is part of your plan, not a switch you turn on. Stores appears in the left menu when your current plan includes one. If there is no Stores entry in your menu, you are on a business card plan and nothing is wrong with your account.
To check what you are on, open Plans from the left menu and compare what each plan includes. Moving to a plan that covers a store makes the Stores area appear; the guide to that screen is Plans and Upgrading.
A store is added alongside your business cards, not instead of them. It is a separate thing with its own link, its own products and its own orders, so nothing about your existing cards changes when one appears.
It is worth knowing which product you actually want before you pay for it. The comparison is in Online Store or WhatsApp Store, and the full build is in Build Your Store.
Frequently asked questions
How do customers pay for orders in my store? ScaanMe stores run on WhatsApp: customers browse your products, add to cart and place the order directly through the WhatsApp-order button. There is no built-in payment gateway, so you arrange payment with each customer over WhatsApp.
What do I need to create a store? Start from Stores then Create new, or from the Choose a design page filtered to WhatsApp Store. Then fill the form: language, a banner and a logo (both required for a store, unlike a business card, and you choose and crop them), store name, personalized link, greeting, currency, country code, WhatsApp number and footer text, then choose a theme if one is not already applied, and click Save.
Why does my store SEO fail to save? The SEO fields have limits: Meta Title up to 70 characters, Meta Description up to 160 and Meta Keywords up to 70. Exceeding any of these silently cancels the save, so keep each field within its limit.
What order types and policies can my store show? In Settings and Advanced you can choose order types (delivery, take-away or dine-in), set an invoice prefix, and enable directory listing, PWA, a language switcher and custom CSS/JS. In Policies you can add Privacy, Terms, Return/Refund, Shipping, Cookie and support text, which appear as links in your store footer.
Why do I not see Stores in my menu? Because a store is part of your plan rather than a feature you switch on. Stores appears in the left menu when your current plan includes one. Open Plans to compare what each plan covers; moving to a plan with a store adds the Stores area alongside your existing business cards, with its own link, products and orders.
